  • At the start of therapy, we will begin with an initial assessment to better understand your concerns, history, and goals for treatment. From there, we will collaborate on recommendations and next steps, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs and support your progress over time.

  • Wraparound care refers to a collaborative treatment approach in which multiple providers work together to support a client’s recovery. In eating disorder treatment, this often includes coordination between a therapist, dietitian, medical provider, and, when appropriate, family or other supports. Because eating disorders impact both mental and physical health, wraparound care helps ensure that all aspects of a person’s well-being are being addressed in a consistent, informed way.

This level of coordination is especially important for eating disorders, as it promotes safety, accountability, and continuity of care. When providers communicate and align on treatment goals, clients receive clearer guidance and more comprehensive support, which can reduce risk, prevent gaps in care, and support more sustainable, long-term recovery.
